Exhibit Opportunities
We invite businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to join us as exhibitors at the 2027 EmpowerED Conference. Exhibitors will have the chance to engage with attendees, share their offerings, and build lasting connections with educators, administrators, and community leaders from across the nation.

Each exhibitor will receive:
- One 6-foot draped table and two chairs
- Access to power outlets (limited availability, must request in advance)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi access
- Organization name listed in the conference program and on the conference website

Vendor Registration and Payment
To secure your exhibit space:
- Complete the Vendor Registration Form online.
- Submit payment by January 15, 2027. Payment can be made via check or online through our secure payment portal.
Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
