Health & Safety Policy
The health and safety of our community is important to us. At this time, we recommend, but do not require, that conference attendees follow the current CDC recommendations on vaccination against COVID-19, which can be viewed here.
We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions for the conference in coordination with trusted national resources, state and local public health agencies, and the venue hosting our conference events. If the need should arise, we may request or even require precautions such as proof of vaccination, masking, testing or social distancing. All expectations will be clearly communicated to attendees before the conference and upon arrival. By registering for the conference, you agree to abide by our safety protocols and to assume all risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Photography & Videography Policy
By appearing at or attending the 2025 EmpowerED Conference, you agree that Alabama Possible and its authorized representatives may take photographs and/or record audio or video directly or indirectly of you at any time during the event. Furthermore, you are granting them permission to use any or all portion of such photographs or video recordings as they deem appropriate in connection with the conference or any Alabama Possible related activities without any claim for compensation. You may opt out of this authorization by submitting in writing to info@alabamapossible.org by February 1, 2025.
